Scotia Plaza - LEED Gold Certification - Leadership in Energy Environmental Design

On June 17, 2011 CaGBC confirmed that Scotia Plaza had achieved a LEED Gold status.

Scotia Plaza is the largest LEED building in Canada, by floor area, in either the US or Canadian versions.

Scotia Plaza is the fourth building in Canada to achieve LEED EB certification in the Canadian version, which
requires a higher level of performance than the US version of the rating system.

Scotia Plaza is the sixth largest commercial office building in the world to achieve LEED in either the
Design-Construction or Operations-Maintenance versions
